There are a wide variety of Massage Therapy modalities and techniques. We can create a custom massage experience by utilizing a combination of Swedish, Sport’s, and Neuromuscular massage techniques. I also offer an Advanced Light Swedish massage, which is often a perfect choice for those who find greater therapeutic benefit from very light pressure, or who may be experiencing or recovering from illness or injury.
